Charlotte Schieler joined the technology law firm Schürmann Rosenthal Dreyer Rechtsanwälte in 2019 and specialises in data protection law.
She advises clients on the introduction and implementation of data protection concepts in the context of their digital business models, and lends her comprehensive privacy expertise to GDPR compliance and AI projects. She represents clients in complaint procedures, joins internal investigations and advises on other disputes involving data protection law. In particular, she has many years of expertise in the context of negotiations with supervisory authorities.
