Philipp Müller-Peltzer specialises in the fields of data protection law, competition law and IT law. He advises clients on a data protection-compliant implementation of scoring procedures as well as big data applications in the financial sector. An additional focus of his work lies in the evaluation and development of data processing operations in the fields of connected cars and ConnectedDrive. He also specialises in legal issues relating to location-based services and mobile applications. Philipp Müller-Peltzer has worked for several companies as an external data protection officer and represents clients in privacy matters relating to government regulators. In addition to his legal work, he writes for the magazine, Privacy in Germany (PinG).
