Roman von der Heide is active in the fields of data protection law and IT law, where he focuses mainly on complex digital business models as well as business models with technological interfaces. In each of the aforementioned fields, he advises clients on the legal compliancy of their business models. Roman von der Heide is an expert in the legally compliant design and technical implementation of apps. He provides clients with necessary open source compliance checks and source code analysis. Roman von der Heide also consults companies on the competitive and compliant implementation of online marketing projects as well as app and mobile-based business and payment models. He prepares audits on relevant treatises in addition to trademark law and design protection law.
