Simone Rosenthal is a founding partner of the technology law firm Schürmann Rosenthal Dreyer Rechtsanwälte and specialises in IT, data protection and contract law.

She also regularly supervises digital projects in areas where IT meets data protection law, advising companies on SaaS, ASPs, service agreements, software production and agile programming.
