Dennis Rasche has been a lawyer at the technology law firm Schürmann Rosenthal Dreyer Rechtsanwälte since 2020 and specialises in contract and IT law, data protection law as well as copyright and media law.

He supports companies in the review and drafting of contracts - also with international implications - in particular in the context of IT applications, e-commerce and copyright and media law issues, often with references to data protection. He can utilise his understanding of IT applications when advising on complex contractual structures, for example in IT outsourcing projects. He also has a wealth of experience in representing companies before courts throughout Germany, including in competition law cases, but recently also increasingly in current proceedings relating to the infringement of trade secrets. His work also includes representing companies in complaints or extensive legal proceedings before data protection supervisory authorities. His clients are mainly active in the online retail, marketing and advertising and automotive sectors.
